Your seat is confirmed only after our team verifies availability and completes your $50 registration payment by phone.
Is the registration fee refundable or credited toward treatment?
No. The $50 registration fee is non-refundable and is not credited toward treatment or purchases.
Who may receive the complimentary 20 units?
Registered guests who attend the event may receive 20 complimentary units of BOTOX® Cosmetic, subject to consultation, medical eligibility, provider approval, and applicable event terms. No cash value.
Is there a benefit for bringing a friend?
