Alina White, RN, CANS

Alina White’s career in aesthetics spans more than two decades, beginning in 1998 at PRMA, where she supported women undergoing breast cancer reconstruction. After advancing her training at the UT Health Science Center in San Antonio and developing a specialty in Botox® and oculoplastic techniques, she went on to serve as Clinical Director, Practice Manager, and Master Trainer at a leading plastic surgery practice. In 2023, she channeled her experience, passion, and vision to found San Antonio Med Spa.

An immigrant from Nicaragua who arrived in the United States at age 9, Alina built her career on gratitude, compassion, and a deep commitment to helping people feel their best. Outside of the practice, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Tom, and their five children, as well as staying active on the tennis court.
