A licensed aesthetician and laser technician with more than 15 years of international experience in medical aesthetics, Melba Trevino is the cornerstone of San Antonio Med Spa’s skin care and laser services. She has worked alongside plastic surgeons and aesthetic professionals across multiple countries, and previously owned and operated her own medical spa, where she developed the patient-first protocols she brings to our team today.

Melba’s signature approach combines advanced laser technologies with customized skin care to deliver natural-looking, lasting results. Her favorite treatment pairing is laser therapy with microneedling, a powerful combination that improves texture, corrects tone, and builds collagen from within. She is also highly sought after for Sciton MOXI^® and BBL™ treatments to brighten and correct pigmentation.
