Dr. C. Wes Clements III, MD

Dr. Clements is a board-certified family medicine physician and Medical Director of San Antonio Med Spa. He also practices at Tailored MD in San Antonio, Texas.

He graduated from Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine and completed his residency at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville.

With extensive experience in hormone therapy and weight management, Dr. Clements is passionate about helping patients improve their overall health and wellness.

Outside of medicine, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, weightlifting, skiing, and hiking.
