With more than 25 years of nursing experience and advanced certifications from Allergan®, Galderma®, Merz®, and EuroThreads®, Traci Lopez is one of San Antonio Med Spa’s most trusted and sought-after injectors. She leads our Alamo Heights location and also sees patients at our Dominion practice.

Traci specializes in Sculptra®, Botox®, Dysport®, dermal fillers, lip fillers, facial balancing, and microneedling, and is known for subtle, refined results that enhance each patient’s natural features without looking overdone. Her approach is patient-first: she takes time to understand each person’s goals before recommending a single treatment. Originally from Cincinnati and a Miami University nursing graduate, Traci is a proud mother of three and a passionate runner and traveler.
